Anxiety, You Keep On Trying Me!

While listening to the voice on the other end of the phone, my heart began to race again. This was another call ending with my coach saying, “These are the next things you need to complete…” I needed the conversation, but I wasn’t looking forward to the next steps to get closer to publishing my book. Playtime is over.
